How long we keep information

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  Please refer to Wix.com for further information on their policy and how long they store information.

 

We are legally required to hold personal information contained within online consultation forms for a minimum period of 6 years to comply with our insurance requirements. In the event that a customer returns for future visits, we may store this information for a longer period of time. We do not have a set period of time to store this information. Please note that we use personal information to contact customers in accordance with their marketing preferences if expressed.
