Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling On-site activities can be cancelled or changed without charge 24 hours before the activity is scheduled to start. If you decide to cancel your session within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation charge will apply; however, you may still change your activity without charge, (subject to availability). Any rescheduled activities will be subject to the original charge if cancelled at any time.
